Karen Combs

Doris Jwo

After spending the past few years in North Carolina, she knew that moving to D.C. was the right decision upon hearing about the grand opening of Bojangles fried chicken n’ biscuits in Union Station. Most recently, she has worked on emerging markets and consumer segmentation research. In her spare time, Doris enjoys traveling, checking out the D.C. restaurant scene and college basketball season.

Liz Barrett

avatar Liz is a Research Consultant with the MREB. She conducts original best practice research, generating insights and tools to improve the strategic impact of the market research function. Most recently, Liz has worked on projects investigating the research use of social media and foundational knowledge platforms.

Eric Braun

avatar Eric Braun is a Managing Director at the Corporate Executive Board, responsible for guiding research and content development in the areas of Sales, Marketing and Communications. He has published numerous studies on topics ranging from customer-orientation to reputation management and has counseled executives at Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies. Prior, Eric led the Communications Executive Council from its inception. He has also led research for CIOs and Heads of Corporate Strategy.

Gail Hankin

avatar Gail is one of the newest research analysts on the Market Research Executive Board team. As she slowly but surely reads her way through the extensive canon of MREB wisdom, she is enjoying learning about best practices surrounding insight generation. A native of New York City, Gail is adjusting to DC’s cleaner public transit and relative dearth of good bagels. In her spare time, she enjoys getting new stamps on her passport, watching good (and bad) TV, and walking wherever she can.

Latika Mahajan

A theater buff, she polishes her communication and acting skills by observing human behavior and communication styles. If she is not enacting a situation somewhere, then you might catch her planning trips across Asia to collect fodder for acting and magnets for her fridge!

Scott Christofferson

avatar Scott oversees the Communications Executive Council and the Market Research Executive Board. He divides his time between new research initiatives and engaging our member executives in group meetings and one-on-one discussions. Outside of work, he is devoted to his wife and three young children. Prior to joining the Corporate Executive Board, Scott spent 8 years as a consultant with McKinsey & Company and 2 years in Africa with the U.S. Peace Corps.

Yi Kang

avatar Connie is a senior quant analyst with MLC and MREB. With a graduate background in economics, a majority of her time is spent designing surveys and mining B2B and B2C data uncovering why customers buy (purchase decisions), why customers repeatedly buy (loyalty) and what you can do as a marketer to get them there. She believes the best survey questions have no obvious answers and is often amazed by what survey respondents see fit to put in free-form text boxes.
